Because most of our items are handmade and custom-made, custom orders are final sale.

For non-custom items, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery as long as the item is unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please message us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll take care of it.

Sale items are final sale.
